Our Story
Concordia Building Company is a full service ceramic tile and terrazzo contractor specializing in the installation and tile selection consultation process for clients. We deliver a wide range of educational and recreation facilities, office, retail and healthcare buildings, hotels, condominium and assisted living communities, car dealerships, restaurants and other large commercial projects throughout central North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia and Florida.
Founded in 2008 by Civil Engineer and construction enthusiast, Steve Beauchesne, Concordia has maintained its success over the year's by remaining committed to satisfying our clients’ ceramic tile needs, while providing environmentally-friendly tenant finish construction, and partnering with other firms on large key construction projects and tenant up-fits ranging from $100K to $5M in construction costs. It is our dedication to having the highest possible safety and welfare standards for our team members both inside and out of the workplace that makes us who we are today. Our diverse team includes experienced senior leaders as well as industry newcomers, offering both knowledge and depth to the pre-construction and construction industry.

Through real-time communication, we make it our mission to coordinate every step of the process with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, material suppliers, municipal authorities and other team members. Concordia is proud to announce that over 20% of our projects are sub-contracted out to minority organizations.
