Goal: To update the 21,000 sf ground floor of an office building in order to attract new major tenants including extensive renovation of lobby and other common area space.
Integrate a stunning barrel vaulted ceiling into a formerly undersized, conservative lobby incorporating high end flooring, wood trim, designer lighting and sophisticated elevator cab to create a memorable entrance to the facility.
The building housed a major tenant on the upper floors that needed to be accommodated during the entire effort.
Public areas were kept free of construction debris, cleaned continuously and alternate routes provided during the most active phases of construction. An updated and attractive lobby “facelift” was created while allowing continual building occupancy.
