Concordia is committed to satisfying your building needs while providing environmentally-friendly tenant finish construction. Many of our projects are tenant upfits for businesses and medical practices occupying between 2,000 square feet and 50,000 square feet of office space. These construction projects range from $100K to $2.5M in construction costs, with an average of approximately $500K.
